DEFLECHEF · CHAT HEIST V4 PLAY Open the website in regular Chrome on your streaming PC. Capture that Chrome window in OBS. Viewers stay in Twitch chat. The board fits a 1920x1080 frame; keep Chrome in a wide window or fullscreen. 1. In Streamer.bot, open Import and paste the contents of Heist_Announcements_Import.txt. It adds only “Chat Heist - Website Announce”. No triggers or server settings change. 2. Confirm Twitch broadcaster and Deflebot bot accounts are connected. The action sends as the bot. Check the C# sub-action compiles if messages do not appear. 3. Start your existing Streamer.bot WebSocket server. Keep your existing authentication setting. In the site’s Setup, enter its address and password only if your server already requires one. 4. Enter deflechef, Connect, then Test message. Check Twitch chat; a connection alone does not prove a bot message was sent. Check Streamer.bot Action History for errors. 5. Chat types !join. Join DEF adds you. Start job needs two people. 6. Next beat reveals one line. Clicking during typing finishes that line; click again to advance. Open vote gives chat 45 seconds by default. Close vote may finish early. Timer expiry locks votes automatically, then waits for your reading. 7. Crew vote !vote 1, !vote 2, !vote 3 or just 1, 2, 3. They may change their vote. Caught crew still vote. With no votes the crew takes the lowest-heat option; ties break randomly. 8. Finale reveals each person individually. New job keeps the crew and records. !leave works in lobby. Practice saves and restores your live crew separately; no practice chat messages are sent. AUDIO Click a host control to enable browser audio. Setup has volume and Test sound. Quiet typing, escape and capture cues are included. No event-switch beep. CLOUDFLARE Unzip and upload the contents so index.html is at the deployment root, alongside spider-icon.png and the announcement files. No build command is needed. On the hosted site Chrome may ask permission to access devices on your local network; allow it for your own streaming PC. If Chrome blocks the local WebSocket connection, open the downloaded index.html in Chrome instead. SAVES Progress and records live in this browser profile and site address, not Twitch or a server. Reload pauses an active job. Replacing files at the same domain preserves the save; changing domains or clearing site data does not. Keep a single controlling tab. Other profiles have independent saves. The website must remain open for votes and chat announcements. No real money, accounts or prizes are involved. V3 HARDER HEISTS New jobs begin at 22% heat. Security tightens after each decision. Failed plans can catch multiple crew and lose part of the bag. Matching roles help but do not make a choice safe. Escape odds drop sharply with heat. Existing V1/V2 runs finish on their original rules; the next job uses the tougher balance. LOBBY CONTROLS New job is always visible: returns to the lobby and keeps the crew. Clear crew returns to the lobby with no players. Both ask before ending an unfinished job; clearing also asks before removing players. Completed records are kept. In Practice these controls affect only the practice game.
